How to Secure Flight Reservation for UK Visa: Booking Guide

flight-reservation-for-UK-visa-guide

A UK travel plan begins with the reason for your journey. A family visiting London for ten days, a student moving to Manchester and a passenger connecting through Heathrow need different arrangements. Their departure dates, accommodation and return plans should reflect those differences.

When you need a flight reservation for UK visa travel planning, start by checking whether your particular application actually calls for transport evidence. UK Visas and Immigration, or UKVI, does not treat a reservation as a universal requirement or a substitute for eligibility documents. Its visitor guidance lists hotel bookings and flight bookings, unless transiting, among the documents that are less useful as evidence.

That distinction helps you spend wisely. You can work out a sensible route without purchasing a non-refundable airfare, and arrange a reservation when it serves a genuine planning need or meets a specific request. A booking does not establish your income, employment, relationship or right to enter the UK.

Schengen Reservation, also called SR, provides flight itinerary, hotel booking and combined services for travellers planning international journeys, including the United Kingdom. This guide explains the service options, current prices, verification checks, major departure countries and UK destination cities, alongside the visa differences that matter before you order.

First Establish What Your UK Application Needs

The UK covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It has its own immigration system, separate from the Schengen area. A Schengen visa or residence permit does not, by itself, authorise a visit to the UK.

Before arranging a flight reservation for UK visa purposes, answer four questions:

  1. What permission do you need? Your nationality, passport, existing status and activity determine whether you need a visa, an Electronic Travel Authorisation, or neither.
  2. Which route matches your purpose? Visiting relatives, taking employment and joining a spouse are different applications.
  3. What evidence has UKVI requested? Read your application checklist and any subsequent document request before buying additional services.
  4. When could you realistically travel? Allow for identity checks, decision time and any passport arrangements.

UKVI advises applicants to wait for a visa decision before booking travel. For ordinary visitors, explaining proposed dates is different from proving that a ticket has already been purchased. Transit applications require particular attention to confirmed onward arrangements.

Apply through the official UK application process, pay the applicable government fees and complete the identity procedure specified for your route. This may involve an eligible digital identity check or a visa application centre appointment. Follow the appointment channel given after applying; buying an SR service does not lodge a visa application or book biometrics.

An ETA is also different from a visa. Eligible travellers may use it for permitted short visits, but it does not authorise taking a UK job or moving permanently. British and Irish citizens have different arrangements and do not need an ETA.

Match Your Travel Bookings to the Correct UK Visa Route

The following overview covers the main UK visitor, transit, study, employment, family and specialist routes. Your UK visa flight booking should follow the route you qualify for; selecting a return date cannot turn one immigration category into another.

Visitor Travel: Holidays, Relatives, Meetings and Short Activities

The Standard Visitor route covers tourism, visiting friends or family, eligible business activities and certain other short activities. A normal visit is usually limited to six months, although qualifying medical applications can allow up to eleven months and qualifying academic visits up to twelve months.

Purpose Relevant route or conditions Booking approach
Tourism and sightseeing Standard Visitor Use a realistic arrival, accommodation sequence and departure plan. Paid flights are not a general application requirement.
Visiting relatives or friends Standard Visitor Give the actual host address and intended dates. Do not add a hotel stay if you will live with your host.
Meetings, conferences and eligible business visits Standard Visitor Coordinate dates with invitations and employer arrangements. Visitor permission does not allow ordinary employment.
Short study Standard Visitor for qualifying study lasting up to six months Base travel on the course dates and permitted activity.
Academic visits Standard Visitor, including qualifying longer academic visits Follow the academic eligibility conditions and host institution’s arrangements.
Private medical treatment or organ donation Standard Visitor with the applicable medical conditions Treatment letters, funding and likely recovery time should drive the plan.
Eligible paid engagements, performances or sporting activities Visitor provisions where the specific activity qualifies Check the conditions carefully; other engagements require a work route.

Long-term Standard Visitor visas can cover multiple years, but that does not normally allow a continuous stay for the whole visa’s validity. Plan each visit within the permitted conditions rather than arranging an open-ended stay.

Marriage Visitor and Family Settlement Are Different

A Marriage Visitor visa is for people coming to marry, form a civil partnership or give notice, who intend to leave afterwards and meet the route’s conditions. The event arrangements should agree with the intended visit.

Someone planning to marry and settle may instead need the appropriate fiancé, fiancée or proposed civil partner family route. A spouse or partner application also follows family rules. Do not order a short holiday return solely to make a settlement journey resemble tourism.

UK Transit: Where Onward Travel Evidence Has a Specific Role

Transit deserves its own assessment because the UK may be a connection rather than your destination.

  • A Direct Airside Transit visa, where required, concerns changing flights without passing UK border control.
  • A Visitor in Transit visa, where required, concerns passing border control and leaving within 48 hours.
  • A longer stop generally needs the appropriate visitor permission rather than a Visitor in Transit visa.

Exemptions depend on nationality and qualifying documents. Collecting checked baggage, changing airports or using separate tickets can affect whether you must enter the UK. Ask the airline about your exact connection rather than judging it from the flight duration alone.

For a flight reservation for UK visa transit purposes, check what the route requires as evidence of the confirmed onward journey and permission to enter the final destination. An unpaid reservation should not be assumed to satisfy a requirement for a confirmed or ticketed booking. Travel through the UK to Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man has additional rules.

Student and School-Related Routes
Route Who it concerns How to plan the journey
Student visa Eligible students aged 16 or over studying with a licensed sponsor Use the course arrangements and permitted entry date. A one-way journey may reflect a genuine long course.
Child Student visa Eligible children aged 4–17 studying with a licensed Child Student sponsor Coordinate the journey with school, living arrangements and parental consent.
Short-term study visa Qualifying English-language courses lasting longer than six months and no more than eleven months Use the actual course length and permitted departure timetable.
Parent of a Child Student visa A qualifying parent accompanying a child aged 4–11 who meets the route’s conditions Match the parent’s arrangements to the child’s school and residence plan.

The Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies, finances and other required evidence take priority over a flight itinerary. Check the actual permission’s start date before choosing an arrival, even if the university offers an earlier orientation event.

A Graduate visa is different: applicants must be in the UK when applying and meet its conditions. It is not an overseas entry route for someone who simply wants to fly to Britain after completing a degree abroad.

Employment, Business Mobility and Temporary Work

UK work routes have different sponsorship, qualification and activity rules. A flight reservation for UK visa planning can help organise arrival after permission, but cannot replace a Certificate of Sponsorship, endorsement or other eligibility evidence.

Work route or group Main distinction Travel consideration
Skilled Worker Qualifying sponsored employment Coordinate arrival with the authorised job and permission dates.
Health and Care Worker Eligible sponsored health and care employment Check the current occupation and recruitment rules before making travel commitments.
Global Business Mobility Senior or Specialist Worker, Graduate Trainee, UK Expansion Worker, Service Supplier and Secondment Worker Reflect the particular assignment and sponsor arrangements.
Temporary Work Seasonal Worker, Government Authorised Exchange, Creative Worker, Religious Worker, Charity Worker and International Agreement Follow the placement, sponsorship and permitted duration.
International Sportsperson and Minister of Religion Specialist sponsored routes Align arrival with the approved sporting or religious role.
Scale-up Worker Qualifying scale-up employment under its route conditions Check sponsorship and employment timing.
Global Talent and Innovator Founder Qualifying talent or business routes with their respective requirements Base the journey on the approved activity, not an invented employer invitation.
High Potential Individual Eligible recent qualifications and other route criteria Use a credible relocation plan without claiming a job offer is universally required.
Youth Mobility Scheme and India Young Professionals Scheme Nationality, age and other eligibility conditions; selection arrangements may apply Confirm eligibility and permission before committing to travel.
Overseas Domestic Worker Qualifying workers travelling with their employer Coordinate dates with the employer’s permitted visit.
Representative of an Overseas Business Restricted current eligibility, including qualifying overseas media employees Check whether the specific application remains available.

Older routes such as Investor, Entrepreneur and Start-up are closed to new applicants, although some existing holders may have remaining options under their rules. Turkish Businessperson and Turkish Worker routes are also closed to new applicants. Avoid selecting a service based on an outdated visa name.

Family, Ancestry, Residence and Specialist Permission

Family applications include eligible partners, spouses, parents, children and adult dependent relatives. Dependants of work or study visa holders follow the relevant dependant rules, which differ from a family visa application. Travelling together does not automatically mean everyone qualifies under the same category.

Specialist provisions also include the S2 Healthcare Visitor route for qualifying prearranged treatment and eligible accompanying carers, and Service Providers from Switzerland for the limited qualifying pre-existing contracts. Diplomatic, official and exempt travel has separate arrangements; do not select an ordinary visitor category automatically.

Other circumstances include UK Ancestry, the British National (Overseas) visa, eligible EU Settlement Scheme family permits, Frontier Worker permits and Returning Resident applications. Each concerns a particular legal situation; none is a general alternative to a visitor visa.

Protection, resettlement, Ukraine-related arrangements and eligible protection-related family applications follow their own current rules. Commercial travel documents cannot create eligibility for those routes. Applications based on private life or an in-country extension also require separate assessment rather than a new overseas holiday plan.

For long-term relocation, a one-way flight reservation may reflect the genuine plan; return travel is not a universal UK immigration condition.

A Current Nationality Restriction to Check Before Spending

As reviewed on 24 October 2026, the UK visa brake affects overseas Student applications by main applicants who are nationals of Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar or Sudan, and overseas Skilled Worker applications by Afghan main applicants. The relevant restrictions took effect on 26 March 2026.

These are route-specific restrictions, not a statement that every UK visa is unavailable to those nationalities. Applying from another country or holding a CAS or CoS does not remove the affected restriction. Check the latest position before paying for travel services.

What Makes a Flight Reservation Real and Verifiable?

A reservation records a proposed journey in a booking system. A useful document identifies the passenger, airports, dates, airline details where applicable and a booking reference that corresponds to the underlying record.

A Passenger Name Record, or PNR, identifies a booking record in the relevant airline or Global Distribution System (GDS). Where supplied, an airline reference is commonly six alphanumeric characters.

An itinerary can also be a simple written schedule without a booking behind it. An issued airline ticket is another step: it has ticketing information and remains subject to its payment, fare and travel conditions. A flight reservation for UK visa planning is not automatically a paid ticket or boarding permission.

Flight Reservation for Embassy Use: What the Description Should Mean

For embassy or UKVI review, the value lies in accurate details and a record that can be checked through the supported method. A polished PDF with an invented reference does not become genuine because it includes an airline logo.

Terms such as “embassy-acceptable” should describe a clearly presented document suitable for the purpose for which it is requested. They do not mean that UKVI endorses the supplier, approves the document in advance or guarantees the application. UK visa decisions are made by UKVI; an application centre collects information and biometrics rather than deciding the case.

When ordering a flight reservation for UK visa purposes, ask what is active, how it can be verified and when that active period ends.

Schengen Reservation Services and Features for UK Travel

SR offers three ways to arrange the relevant travel documents. Select the service that reflects your actual plan and the evidence you need.

Flight Reservation

Request outward, return or multi-city travel, subject to route availability and booking conditions. The document is prepared around the passenger and journey information you provide. Where supported, verification guidance explains how to check the record using the appropriate booking reference and passenger name.

This option suits travellers who already have genuine accommodation arrangements, including a stay with relatives. There is no need to purchase a hotel service simply because you are arranging a flight itinerary for UK visa travel.

Hotel Booking

The accommodation service covers the named guest, destination and stay dates. Provide the full sequence of cities and explain any nights with a host, overnight transport or accommodation arranged by an employer or university.

Use the verification method supplied for the actual property or record. An airline PNR lookup is not a universal hotel verification tool, and CheckMyTrip support should not be assumed for every hotel booking.

Flight and Hotel Bookings Together

The combined service coordinates the transport and accommodation instructions in one order. Review the first check-in against arrival and the final check-out against departure.

Features to Confirm with Your Order

  • Up to 14 days of active validity, according to the applicable booking conditions.
  • Monitoring during the committed active period, with support if a booking issue arises within that window.
  • Urgent email delivery within one to two hours for eligible orders, subject to confirmation for the request.
  • Verification guidance for supported airline and accommodation records.
  • Up to four eligible corrections, under the service terms.
  • 24/7 customer support for booking questions.
  • Advertised cover-letter and NOC support, subject to the selected service terms; any employer NOC must be genuine and employer-authorised.
  • Individual, family and group requests, with each traveller correctly identified.

Airline preferences can include carriers such as Qatar Airways, Emirates, Turkish Airlines, KLM and Air France where the requested route is supported. Naming a preferred carrier does not guarantee availability or establish an airline partnership.

These features concern reservation support. They do not accelerate UKVI processing or extend your immigration permission.

Flight Reservation Prices for UK Visa Planning

The following published SR base prices were checked on 24 October 2026.

Service Base price per traveller What the charge covers
Flight reservation US$10 The reservation service for the selected journey, subject to options and terms.
Hotel booking US$10 The accommodation reservation service; the form allows up to four hotels in one trip before extra-property charges.
Flight + Hotel US$15 Both reservation services together, saving US$5 against the separate base prices.

The order forms currently show a US$5 multi-city flight option and US$8 for each hotel beyond the first four. Check how the selected options apply to your complete order. Traveller count and any agreed additional work can affect the total.

These are service charges, not the airfare, the cost of staying at a hotel, UK visa fees or application-centre charges. A reservation does not mean the eventual journey or accommodation has been paid in full.

How to Get a Flight Reservation for UK Visa Travel Through SR

Describe the complete route: for example, London arrival, Manchester stay and Edinburgh departure.

  1. Choose the service. Open Flight Reservation, Hotel Booking or Flight + Hotel according to the documents you need.
  2. Enter each traveller’s details. Copy the required information from the passport. Check given names, surnames and the email address for delivery before continuing.
  3. Describe the flight route. Include departure and arrival cities or airports, outward and return dates, and any additional stops. State whether the journey is one-way, round-trip or multi-city.
  4. Add accommodation when relevant. Give each city, check-in, check-out and guest arrangement. Identify nights covered by your host or another genuine arrangement.
  5. Explain the timing. Identify the destination as the United Kingdom. Supply the application or appointment date and time zone where relevant, and select the delivery date offered for your order.
  6. Review the total and terms, then pay. Recheck passenger numbers, route options and any additional properties. Keep the order confirmation.
  7. Review the delivered documents. Compare the flight itinerary with the actual intended plan and follow the supplied verification instructions. Raise mistakes promptly through support.

If a form uses a general label such as “consulate” or “interview date”, identify the UK destination and your actual appointment accurately. A biometric appointment is not automatically a visa interview.

Example route instruction: “One traveller. Delhi to London Heathrow, arrival 12 January 2027. London Heathrow to Delhi, departure 22 January 2027. Proposed tourism visit. Please confirm available verification and active-validity dates.”

This is a planning example, not a confirmed service schedule. Adjust it to your own route, available flights and permission requirements.

Check the Booking Record, Not Just the PDF

For a supported flight booking, use the airline’s official Manage Booking page with the airline reference and surname supplied. Some reservations also have a separate agency or reservation-system reference. Ask which reference belongs in which system.

A successful lookup should correspond to the right passenger and journey. Read the flight confirmation alongside the live record. A lookup does not establish that an e-ticket has been issued or that the booking remains active indefinitely. Airline status, payment and ticketing are separate checks.

If the record does not appear, contact SR promptly. The reason may concern the reference, name format, carrier access, reservation status or the supported verification channel. Do not edit a screenshot to imitate a successful lookup.

For accommodation, use the property’s or supplier’s supported confirmation method. Check guest names, property location, dates and booking conditions. A hotel in another city is not made suitable by having a matching price.

Choose the UK Arrival City Around the Purpose of Your Trip

London is a familiar entry point, but it is not the only sensible choice. A flight reservation for UK visa planning should reflect where you will actually visit, study, work or join family. Include an onward transfer when the international airport and final destination differ.

UK destination Airports to consider, subject to available routes Planning detail
London Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), Stansted (STN), Luton (LTN), London City (LCY), Southend (SEN) These are different airports. Allow realistic travel time to the actual accommodation or appointment.
Manchester Manchester (MAN) Explain any onward journey to Liverpool, Leeds or another northern destination.
Birmingham Birmingham (BHX) Match the arrival with the Midlands workplace, university, host or event location.
Edinburgh Edinburgh (EDI) Suitable to assess for a Scotland-based plan rather than automatically adding a London stop.
Glasgow Glasgow (GLA); Glasgow Prestwick (PIK) where relevant The two airports have different locations and route networks.
Belfast Belfast International (BFS), Belfast City (BHD) Belfast is in Northern Ireland. Dublin is in the Republic of Ireland and involves separate entry considerations.
Bristol Bristol (BRS) Account for the onward journey if staying in Bath, Cardiff or elsewhere.
Newcastle Newcastle (NCL) Consider the connection between the airport and the actual north-east destination.
Leeds and Bradford Leeds Bradford (LBA) Select the airport and transfer that fit the visit rather than relying on the city label alone.
Cardiff Cardiff (CWL), or another airport with a planned onward transfer Describe travel into Wales accurately, including the first overnight stay.

These airport examples are not promises of direct flights from every origin. A change from Heathrow to Gatwick is an airport transfer, not simply a terminal connection. International arrivals also need time for formalities and ground transport.

Flight Reservation for UK Visa Applicants in Major Countries

UK visa applications begin online through the UK government’s application service. After completing the relevant form and paying the applicable fee, follow the instructions for proving your identity and booking an appointment. Where in-person attendance is required, use the designated VFS Global UK Visa Application Centre for the country concerned. UKVI makes the visa decision.

The locations below identify where applicants can arrange UK visa submission and biometrics. Confirm the exact street address, appointment availability and any premium-service charge in the booking system before travelling. Your departure airport and biometric appointment location can be different. Travellers eligible for an ETA should use the ETA process rather than book a visa-centre appointment unnecessarily.

Applying for a UK Visa from India

A flight reservation for UK visa applicants in India should reflect the real departure point: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi or another city. Choose the UK arrival around the actual university, employer, host or holiday destination.

For a student travelling from Jaipur through Delhi, distinguish the positioning journey from the international flight. For a family visiting relatives in Leicester, explain the airport-to-host transfer and use the genuine accommodation arrangements.

Where to apply for a UK visa in India: Complete the UK visa application online, then arrange the required biometric and document appointment through VFS Global’s UK visa service in India.

Applying for a UK Visa from Russia

Travellers based in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk or elsewhere in Russia should check operating routes before settling dates. Direct flights between Russia and the UK are not currently available, so the intended indirect connection needs its own assessment.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should show the complete route. Review transit permission, airport changes, overnight stops and baggage arrangements instead of presenting an indirect journey as a direct flight.

Where to apply for a UK visa in Russia: Apply online through UKVI and arrange the required appointment with VFS Global’s UK visa service in Russia.

UK visa application centres and addresses in Russia:

Applying for a UK Visa from China

For applicants travelling from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing or elsewhere in China, use the airport that actually matches the journey. A flight reservation for UK visa planning should distinguish the departure date from the UK arrival date.

University enrolment, meetings or family arrangements should determine the intended destination. Hong Kong and Macao passport arrangements require their own checks rather than being treated as identical to those for mainland Chinese passports.

Where to apply for a UK visa in mainland China: Complete the application online and book the required appointment through VFS Global’s UK visa service in China.

Applying for a UK Visa from Turkey

Applicants in Türkiye may plan departures from Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir, Antalya or another city. Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen are different airports; check which one appears on each leg of the journey.

A business visit should use dates consistent with the invitation, while sponsored employment requires the appropriate work permission. A flight itinerary should reflect the actual purpose rather than an artificial short holiday.

Where to apply for a UK visa in Türkiye: Apply online and use VFS Global’s UK visa service in Türkiye to arrange the required appointment.

Applying for a UK Visa from Morocco

A flight reservation for UK visa applicants in Morocco may begin in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakesh, Tangier, Agadir or another supported departure point. The UK arrival should fit the actual host, hotel, university or event location.

For a connection through a Schengen airport, check the transit and entry conditions separately. A UK visa does not automatically remove every European transit requirement.

Where to apply for a UK visa in Morocco: Complete the UK application online and follow VFS Global’s UK visa appointment channel for Morocco.

UK visa application centres and addresses in Morocco:

  • Rabat: Jasmine Shopping Centre, 1st Floor, corner of Avenue Souss and Avenue Asshoul, Rabat 10020, Morocco.
  • Casablanca- premium centre: 1st Floor, Capital Centre, Entrance C, corner of Boulevard Abdelmoumen and Anwal, Casablanca, Morocco.

Centre details: Rabat is the principal listed centre. Casablanca is a premium application centre with a separate appointment schedule.

Applying for a UK Visa from United States

Travellers in New York, Washington, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Seattle should first establish which passport and UK permission they will use. US citizens generally use an ETA for eligible short visits unless exempt, while work, longer study and settlement require the appropriate permission.

A non-US citizen living in America may still need a UK visitor visa. A US residence document is not a general replacement for UK entry permission.

Where to apply for a UK visa in the United States: Complete the UK application online and arrange the required appointment through VFS Global’s US network of UK Visa Application Centres. The expanded VFS network replaced the previous US Department of Homeland Security Application Support Center arrangement in July 2025.

UK visa application centres and addresses in US:

Nationals of the 29 countries below generally use an ETA for eligible short visits unless exempt. Residents with other nationalities may need a UK visitor visa, while employment, longer study and family immigration follow their respective routes.

Where an application requires attendance at a visa application centre, complete the UK application first and follow the appointment instructions provided. Prepare evidence of lawful residence where required. The centres collect the relevant information and biometrics; UKVI makes the immigration decision.

Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Slovakia have no local UK visa application centre listed in the UK government’s directory. Their entries below give nearby centre examples in another country. These examples are practical alternatives, not mandatory country assignments; check appointment eligibility and the right to enter the selected country before travelling.

Applying for a UK Visa from Austria

Applicants living in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg or Innsbruck can follow the UK application process for Austria and select the available appointment through the designated VFS Global channel. The purpose of travel determines whether the application concerns a visit, study, sponsored employment or joining family.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel from Austria should identify the actual departure airport and intended UK destination. If a traveller based in Graz plans to leave through Vienna, allow for the ground journey or domestic connection. Dates for a temporary visit should agree with employment leave, host arrangements and the intended return to Austria.

Applying for a UK Visa from Belgium

Residents of Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges, Leuven or Liège who need a UK visa should complete the relevant application and follow the Belgium appointment channel operated by VFS Global. Confirm the correct checklist for the purpose of the journey rather than collecting documents for a different visa category.

Travel from Belgium can involve a flight, an international train or another genuine transport arrangement. If requesting a flight reservation, specify the actual airport and dates. A traveller using rail to London should describe that rail journey accurately. Accommodation and any onward travel within the UK should fit the transport actually intended.

Applicants living in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse or elsewhere in Bulgaria should use the UK application route and the VFS Global appointment options available for Bulgaria. Check the service selected: a standard appointment and a premium appointment can have different fees, schedules and venue instructions.

A flight reservation for UK visa planning should reflect the departure city, intended arrival airport and full stay. Someone travelling from Varna to visit relatives in Manchester should explain any connection and use the genuine host address. A longer course or employment move needs travel dates that follow the relevant permission rather than a generic short holiday pattern.

Sofia: VFS Global, Garitage Business Park, 2 Donka Ushlinova Street, 1766 Sofia, Bulgaria. Follow the venue details for the specific standard or premium appointment booked.

Applying for a UK Visa from Croatia

Travellers based in Zagreb, Split, Dubrovnik, Rijeka, Zadar or Osijek can follow the UK application procedure for Croatia when their passport and travel purpose require a visa. VFS Global lists a Zagreb submission location. Check available appointment dates before arranging a separate journey to the centre, as attendance is scheduled rather than an unrestricted daily walk-in service.

For a flight reservation for UK visa travel, distinguish the city where you live from the airport where the journey begins. A coastal departure, a connection through Zagreb and an arrival in London are separate planning details. Include any onward transfer to the UK city where you will actually stay.

The travel plan should identify whether departure is from Prague or another airport, including an airport outside Czechia if that is the intended route. A flight itinerary for UK visa travel should agree with the university, employer, host or event arrangements. If returning to Czechia after a temporary visit, check that the planned return and residence documentation remain consistent.

Residents in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg or elsewhere in Denmark who need UK entry clearance should apply under the appropriate route and arrange the required appointment through VFS Global. A person who can complete the applicable identity procedure digitally should follow that route’s instructions rather than assume that every application requires the same centre visit.

A flight itinerary for UK visa travel from Denmark should use the actual departure airport, whether Copenhagen, Billund, Aalborg or another supported origin. Coordinate arrival with the UK accommodation and any domestic transfer. For a business visit, the meeting dates and permitted activity should shape the journey.

UK Visa Application Centre in Denmark:

Copenhagen: VFS Global, VF Services Denmark ApS, 3rd Floor, Lyngbyvej 16, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Applying for a UK Visa from Estonia

Applicants based in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva or other Estonian locations can use the UK visa application procedure for Estonia and the relevant VFS Global appointment channel. Prepare the evidence requested for your circumstances, including legal residence where applicable and any documents connected with the visit, course or employment.

For UK travel, check whether the journey departs from Tallinn or involves positioning to another airport. A flight itinerary should show the complete intended connection rather than only the final flight into Britain. Where the journey includes an overnight stop outside Estonia, account for that stop and any separate permission needed for the connection.

UK Visa Application Centre in Estonia:

Tallinn: VFS Global, Visa Centre in Tallinn, Metro Plaza, Viru väljak 2, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia.

A flight booking for UK visa planning should distinguish the international departure from any domestic connection. A traveller from Oulu connecting through Helsinki should provide both legs when relevant to the requested document. Allow practical transfer time and ensure the UK arrival is compatible with the first night’s accommodation, university arrangements or host availability.

UK Visa Application Centre in Finland:

Helsinki: VFS Global, 3rd Floor, Kirkonkyläntie 10, Malmi, Helsinki, Finland.

UK travel from France may involve air, rail or ferry. A flight reservation for UK visa purposes should be requested for a journey genuinely intended by air; Eurostar or ferry travel should be described using the relevant transport arrangements. If combining a French stay with the UK, separate the dates in each country and check the permission needed for the return.

Applying for a UK Visa from Germany

Residents of Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne, Stuttgart or other German cities should complete the UK application before choosing the available VFS Global appointment. Use the centre and service shown in the booking confirmation; an international departure airport does not determine which biometric location must be selected.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel from Germany should reflect the actual route, particularly where the traveller lives in one city and departs from another. A student travelling to a university in northern England may choose a different arrival from a visitor staying in London. Include realistic onward transport and keep the dates consistent with the stated purpose.

UK Visa Application Centres in Germany:

Berlin: VFS Global, VFS Services Germany GmbH, Zimmerstraße 67, 10117 Berlin, Germany.

VFS Global lists a UK submission centre in the Athens area. Travellers from the islands should plan their appointment journey separately from their eventual flight to the UK.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should account for any ferry or domestic flight needed before the international departure. If a traveller leaves from Crete but connects in Athens, the full journey should make sense alongside the stated dates. UK accommodation should begin on the actual arrival date, allowing for the selected connection.

UK Visa Application Centre in Greece:

Athens area – Tavros: VFS Global, 5th Floor, Pireos 209, Tavros 177 78, Greece.

Applying for a UK Visa from Hungary

Travellers based in Budapest, Debrecen, Szeged, Pécs, Győr or elsewhere in Hungary who require a UK visa can follow the Hungary application and VFS Global appointment process. Select the correct purpose and prepare the corresponding financial, sponsorship, family or study documents.

For a flight reservation for UK visa planning, identify whether departure is from Budapest or another airport that genuinely fits the journey. Explain any overland movement to an airport in a neighbouring country. A temporary visit should have a credible ending, while a longer authorised move should use travel arrangements suitable for that purpose rather than an artificial short return.

UK Visa Application Centre in Hungary:

Budapest: VFS Global Services Hungary Kft, Visa Application Centre, 2nd Floor, Aradi utca 8–10, H-1062 Budapest, Hungary.

Applicants living in Reykjavík, Kópavogur, Hafnarfjörður, Akureyri or elsewhere in Iceland should use the UK application route matching their nationality and intended activity. VFS Global lists a submission location in Reykjavík. Review the actual appointment availability before arranging travel to attend.

When describing a flight booking for UK visa travel, distinguish the Reykjavík appointment location from the airport used for the international journey. Use the exact airport shown on the selected route rather than relying only on a city label. For an onward UK connection, check the arrival airport, transfer time and first overnight stay, especially where the final destination is outside London.

UK Visa Application Centre in Iceland:

Reykjavík: VFS Global, Visa Application Centre, Suðurlandsbraut 2, 108 Reykjavík, Iceland.

Applying for a UK Visa from Italy

Residents of Rome, Milan, Naples, Turin, Bologna, Florence, Venice or another Italian city should apply through the UK system and select an available appointment using the designated Italy channel. VFS Global publishes a UK visa centre address in Rome. Check the venue attached to the specific appointment rather than assuming the nearest airport has a submission centre.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel from Italy should use the correct departure airport and UK arrival. Milan and Rome each have different airport choices, so check the airport name and code on every document. A multi-city Italian starting point or UK itinerary should explain any separate domestic transport.

UK Visa Application Centre in Italy:

Rome: VFS Global Italy S.R.L., 5th Floor, Via Properzio 5, 00193 Rome, Italy.

Applying for a UK Visa from Latvia

Applicants based in Riga, Daugavpils, Liepāja, Jelgava or elsewhere in Latvia should complete the UK application relevant to their purpose and follow the Latvia appointment instructions. VFS Global lists a submission location in Riga. An applicant’s Latvian residence status and passport nationality should be recorded accurately, particularly where they lead to different UK requirements.

For a flight booking, state the actual starting airport and any connecting city. A family visit should use the genuine UK host arrangements, while study or work travel should follow the course or sponsored employment timetable. Avoid adding a hotel covering nights that will actually be spent with relatives.

UK Visa Application Centre in Latvia:

Riga: VFS Global, 4th Floor, Tērbatas Street 14–2, LV-1011 Riga, Latvia.

Applying for a UK Visa from Liechtenstein

Residents of Vaduz, Schaan, Triesen, Balzers or other municipalities should check the UK permission required for their passport and purpose. The current UK application-centre directory does not list a local centre in Liechtenstein and instructs applicants to choose a centre in another country. Select the overseas location through the UK application process and confirm that the booking route accepts the application.

A flight reservation for UK visa planning should separate residence in Liechtenstein from the airport used for departure. If travelling through Switzerland, account for the ground transfer and use the actual airport on the document. Travel for biometrics is also a separate journey from the intended UK visit.

UK Visa Submission Route for Liechtenstein:

No local UK visa application centre is listed. Choose a centre in another country as directed during the application. A nearby option to assess, where available for the application, is VFS Global in Zurich, Maneggplatz 44, 8041 Zurich, Switzerland.

Applying for a UK Visa from Lithuania

Travellers living in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys or elsewhere in Lithuania can follow the UK application process and the designated VFS Global appointment channel. Prepare the documents for the actual UK route rather than assuming that a Lithuanian residence permit removes the visa requirement for every passport holder.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should identify whether departure is from Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga or another supported airport. Include a connection if the intended route is indirect, and review the UK arrival date against the first stay. Where family members travel separately, the booking instructions should record each person’s actual dates and destination.

UK Visa Application Centre in Lithuania:

Vilnius: VFS Global, Business Center 135, 3rd Floor, Žalgirio gatvė 135, LT-08217 Vilnius, Lithuania.

The current UK directory instructs applicants to choose a visa application centre in another country because no local centre is listed. Follow the location selected or offered through the application process.

The journey to an overseas biometric appointment should not be confused with the proposed journey to Britain. A UK travel itinerary may depart from Luxembourg Airport or another airport genuinely selected by the traveller. If using rail or ground transport to a neighbouring country, allow for that movement in the overall plan.

UK Visa Submission Route for Luxembourg:

No local UK visa application centre is listed. Choose a centre in another country through the application process. Depending on the options offered, assess Brussels: VFS Global, 1st Floor, 467 Chaussée de Louvain, 1030 Schaerbeek, Belgium, or another available location.

Applying for a UK Visa from Malta

Residents of Valletta, Floriana, Sliema, St Julian’s, Birkirkara, Mosta or Gozo who need a UK visa should use the appropriate application and Malta appointment channel. VFS Global lists its Valletta-area submission venue in Floriana. Check the scheduled appointment date and venue before arranging an inter-island journey or time away from work.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should show the actual international departure and UK arrival. Travellers from Gozo should account for the transfer to the departure airport. Hotel instructions should cover the genuine UK stay, while a visit to family should identify the host accommodation instead of an unrelated hotel.

UK Visa Application Centre in Malta:

Valletta area – Floriana: VFS Global, Grand Hotel Excelsior, Great Siege Road, Floriana FRN 1810, Malta.

Applying for a UK Visa from the Netherlands

Applicants living in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Groningen or elsewhere in the Netherlands should complete the appropriate UK application and follow the VFS Global appointment route. The published Amsterdam centre is a submission location; the UK destination and immigration category remain separate choices.

For a flight reservation for UK visa travel, use the actual departure airport and journey dates. Someone travelling by international rail or ferry should describe that transport rather than adding a flight that is not intended. Where the trip returns to the Netherlands after visiting Britain, review the return arrangements and the documents needed to re-enter the country.

UK Visa Application Centre in the Netherlands:

Amsterdam: VFS Global, VF Services (UK) Limited, VIDA Office Building, 6th Floor, Kabelweg 57–81, 1014 BA Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Applying for a UK Visa from Norway

Travellers based in Oslo, Bergen, Stavanger, Trondheim, Tromsø or elsewhere in Norway should select the UK route suitable for their purpose and follow the Norway appointment instructions. VFS Global lists a UK visa centre in Oslo. If travelling from another part of Norway for biometrics, plan that appointment independently of the eventual UK journey.

A flight reservation should reflect the actual departure city and any connection, including a domestic positioning flight where relevant. Arrival in London, Manchester, Edinburgh or another UK city should follow the genuine stay. For a course or employment move, check the permitted entry date before arranging an early arrival.

UK Visa Application Centre in Norway:

Oslo: VFS Global, Visa Application Centre, 4th Floor, Myrens Verksted 3B, 0473 Oslo, Norway.

Applying for a UK Visa from Poland

Applicants living in Warsaw, Kraków, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice or Łódź who need a UK visa can complete the relevant application and follow the Poland appointment channel. VFS Global publishes a UK submission centre in Warsaw. Check the location and required documents before making a separate domestic journey to attend.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel from Poland should use the actual airport, particularly where a city has more than one departure option. A traveller based in Kraków does not need a Warsaw flight merely because the biometric appointment is there. Match the proposed UK stay to the host, event, university or employer arrangements.

UK Visa Application Centre in Poland:

Warsaw: VFS Global, Ground Floor, FOCUS Business Center, Aleja Armii Ludowej 26, 00-609 Warsaw, Poland.

Applying for a UK Visa from Portugal

Residents of Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Braga, Coimbra, Madeira or the Azores should check the UK permission required and follow the Portugal application and appointment process. VFS Global lists a UK submission centre in Lisbon. Applicants travelling from an island or another region should verify the appointment before committing to the separate journey.

A flight reservation for UK visa planning should identify the genuine departure airport, including an island departure or connection where relevant. If travelling to a host outside London, include the onward transfer rather than using a central London hotel as a placeholder. Return dates for a temporary visit should fit the absence described in the application.

UK Visa Application Centre in Portugal:

Lisbon: VFS Global Portugal, 6th Floor, Campo Grande 35, 1600-036 Lisbon, Portugal.

Applying for a UK Visa from Romania

Travellers living in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, Iași, Brașov, Constanța or elsewhere in Romania should complete the UK application for the actual purpose and use the designated VFS Global booking channel. Check whether the appointment selected is standard or premium and follow its confirmed operating date and venue details.

For a flight booking for UK visa travel, distinguish the chosen departure airport from the city where biometrics are provided. A traveller based in Iași may have a different intended route from someone departing Bucharest. The UK arrival, accommodation and any domestic connection should describe the same visit, course or authorised move.

UK Visa Application Centre in Romania:

Bucharest: VFS Global, World Trade Center Bucharest, Main Building, Entrance B4, 3rd Floor, Unit 3.03 ter, 10 Montreal Square, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. Check the venue details for the booked service.

Applying for a UK Visa from Slovakia

Applicants based in Bratislava, Košice, Prešov, Žilina, Nitra or other Slovak locations should check the UK route required for their circumstances. The current UK application-centre directory instructs applicants in Slovakia to choose a centre in another country. Do not assume that a UK biometric centre operates in Bratislava simply because the country is listed in a visa-service menu.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should use the actual departure airport, which may be in Slovakia or another country. If departing through Vienna, account for the ground transfer from Slovakia. The country chosen for biometrics does not have to become an invented overnight destination in the eventual UK travel plan.

UK Visa Submission Route for Slovakia:

No local UK visa application centre is listed. Choose an overseas centre through the application process. Subject to the options offered for the case, nearby locations to assess include Vienna, Austria, and Budapest, Hungary; use the confirmed address for the appointment booked.

Applying for a UK Visa from Slovenia

Residents of Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Kranj, Koper or elsewhere in Slovenia who require a UK visa can follow the Slovenia application and VFS Global appointment route. The published Ljubljana submission venue operates through booked appointments, so check the confirmed schedule before travelling to attend.

A travel itinerary should reflect whether the international departure is from Ljubljana or another airport genuinely chosen by the traveller. If using an airport in a neighbouring country, explain the positioning journey and any overnight stop. A UK family visit, business meeting or longer study plan should use dates and accommodation appropriate to that purpose.

UK Visa Application Centre in Slovenia:

Ljubljana: VFS Global, Hotel Occidental Ljubljana, 1st Floor, Slovenska cesta 16, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Applying for a UK Visa from Spain

Applicants living in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Málaga, Bilbao, Alicante or the Spanish islands should use the UK application matching their nationality and purpose. Follow the VFS Global options available for Spain and the location shown in the appointment confirmation. The published Madrid address below is a UK submission centre, not an airline departure point.

A flight reservation for UK visa planning should use the actual airport and account for any connection from the Balearic or Canary Islands. Check the arrival airport carefully, since London airports have different locations and transfer times. A return to a different Spanish city should be recorded as that journey rather than forced into an inaccurate round trip.

UK Visa Application Centre in Spain:

Madrid: VFS Global Spain SL, Avenida de Manoteras 46, Edificio Delta Nova 4, Ground Floor, Módulo B, 28050 Madrid, Spain.

Applying for a UK Visa from Sweden

Travellers based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Uppsala, Västerås or elsewhere in Sweden should complete the UK application required for their circumstances and follow the Sweden appointment channel. VFS Global lists its Stockholm-area UK centre in Kista. Use the actual venue when arranging the appointment journey.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should identify the airport rather than only the city name. A traveller leaving from the Stockholm area should ensure the document names the intended airport, while someone based in southern Sweden may genuinely choose a departure through Denmark. Record that route accurately and coordinate the UK stay with the actual arrival.

UK Visa Application Centre in Sweden:

Stockholm area – Kista: VFS Global, 3rd Floor, Kistagången 26, Kista, Sweden.

Applying for a UK Visa from Switzerland

Applicants living in Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne or another Swiss city should select the UK visa route matching the intended activity and follow the Switzerland application and VFS Global appointment instructions. Use the centre confirmed for the booking; Swiss residence and nationality are different considerations when checking UK entry requirements.

A flight reservation for UK visa travel should identify the actual departure airport and any onward UK transfer. A business visitor attending meetings in Birmingham, for example, should plan around the meeting location rather than automatically adding a London stay. For a family visit, use the genuine host details and make the intended return or onward journey clear.

UK Visa Application Centres in Switzerland:

Zurich: VFS Global, VF Services (UK) Limited Swiss Branch, Maneggplatz 44, 8041 Zurich, Switzerland.

Geneva area – Petit-Lancy: VFS Global, VF Services (UK) Limited Swiss Branch, Geneva Business Centre, 4th Floor, Avenue des Morgines 12, 1213 Petit-Lancy, Switzerland.

Other Countries Worldwide: UK Travel-Planning Directory

Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Kosovo and passport-issuing territories require their own document-specific checks. Travellers departing from British overseas territories or other dependencies should use the exact passport category in the UK eligibility checker. British and Irish citizens should not be treated as ordinary UK visa applicants.

For applicants already inside the UK, extensions, switching and settlement follow the applicable in-country procedure. A new flight reservation does not resolve the effect that leaving the country may have on a pending application.

Flight Reservation for UK Visa Samples: Direct and Connecting Routes

The following samples illustrate how UK-bound itineraries can present direct and connecting journeys. Their departure countries are examples of SR’s worldwide service, rather than a restriction on the countries from which customers can request reservations.

Sample 1: Flight Reservation from Delhi, India, to London

Route: Delhi → London → Delhi

This Air India example shows an outward journey to London Heathrow and a separate return journey to Delhi. The document presents the flight numbers, travel dates, local departure and arrival times, terminals, journey duration and booking information.

It demonstrates the structure of a direct return itinerary. A new reservation should reflect the individual traveller’s details, intended dates and available flights.

Sample 2: Flight Reservation from Istanbul, Türkiye, to London

Route: Istanbul → London → Istanbul

This Turkish Airlines example presents the outward and return journeys as separate flight entries. Each identifies the airports, travel dates, local flight times and other itinerary details.

The sample illustrates a direct UK-bound return reservation from Türkiye. Comparable documents can be prepared for other supported departure points, with the journey details adjusted to the customer’s request.

Sample 3: Flight Reservation from Rabat, Morocco, to London via Paris

Outward route: Rabat → Paris → London
Return route: London → Paris → Rabat

This Air France example shows each flight sector separately, including the Paris connection in both directions. Listing every sector makes the travel dates, flight times, terminals and connections easier to review.

London is the destination in this example, while Paris is the connection point. It illustrates travel to the UK, rather than transit through the UK to another final destination.

Similar Flight Reservation Documents Are Available Worldwide

These samples demonstrate the itinerary format and do not limit SR’s services to India, Türkiye or Morocco. Travellers departing from other countries worldwide can request comparable documents for supported UK routes.

Each itinerary is prepared around the traveller’s journey, including passenger details, airports, dates, flight sectors, local times, connections and booking information where applicable. Direct, connecting, one-way, return and multi-city requests depend on route availability and booking conditions.

The applicant’s UK visa requirements should always be checked separately.

Put the Reservation Beside the Evidence That Actually Establishes Your Case

Depending on the route, the evidence establishing your circumstances may include:

  • A valid passport and the requested identity information.
  • Employment, business or study evidence relevant to your circumstances.
  • Financial records explaining accessible funds and their source.
  • A genuine invitation, event confirmation or host arrangement.
  • Required sponsorship, CAS, relationship or endorsement documents.
  • Consent and care arrangements for children.
  • Required translations, tuberculosis evidence or other route-specific documents.

Use your own checklist. A flight reservation for UK visa travel cannot compensate for missing financial, sponsorship or relationship evidence.

Where accommodation is provided by relatives, an employer or an institution, describe that arrangement honestly. Where your plan changes, update the relevant explanation rather than keeping mutually inconsistent versions of the journey.

Reservation Validity, Application Timing and Travel After Approval

The reservation’s active period, intended travel dates, permitted entry dates and UKVI decision process are separate timelines.

Standard Visitor applications can normally be made three months before travel, with a decision usually within three weeks after the required application, identity and document steps. That is a published estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Work and study routes have their own application windows and processing times.

An SR reservation with up to 14 days of active validity does not imply a visa decision within 14 days. Check when the committed period begins, what monitoring covers and how to request an update if needed. Do not assume renewal or extension is automatic or free.

If UKVI requests current travel evidence after the original reservation expires, respond to the actual request and arrange an appropriate update. A booking expiry is not itself a visa decision, and maintaining a commercial reservation is not a universal visitor application requirement.

After approval, check the permission before buying the final travel. Where you have an eVisa, ensure the current passport and personal details are correct in the UKVI account and match the information supplied to the carrier. Follow any document-specific travel instructions issued with your decision.

Avoid These UK Travel-Booking Mistakes

Treating every application like a Schengen application. The UK’s document approach differs; a flight reservation is not automatically mandatory.

Using the wrong immigration purpose. A tourism return journey does not authorise work, settlement or an activity outside visitor conditions.

Buying accommodation you will not use. A hotel record should not contradict a genuine stay with family or university housing.

Ignoring connections. Airport changes, separate tickets, baggage collection and overnight stops can alter entry requirements and practical timing.

Confusing a PNR with an issued ticket. Verify the actual record and ask about ticketing when it matters.

Assuming ETA eligibility from residence. Holding a residence permit in the US, UAE or Schengen area does not make every passport holder ETA-eligible.

Using the same names and dates without checking. Correct the source information and affected documents together rather than patching one PDF.

Reading “embassy-acceptable” as approval. No commercial reservation supplier can guarantee a UK visa decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a flight reservation mandatory for a UK visitor visa?

No general rule requires ordinary Standard Visitor applicants to provide a flight reservation. UKVI’s supporting-document guidance treats flight bookings, unless transiting, and hotel bookings as less useful evidence. Follow your particular checklist and any specific request.

Can I arrange a flight reservation for UK visa travel without paying the full airfare?

SR offers a reservation service separate from purchasing the final airline ticket. Confirm the route, active period, verification method and conditions. The service charge does not pay for the eventual flight.

What is the price of a flight reservation for UK visa planning?

SR’s published flight-only base price is US$10 per traveller. Hotel-only is also US$10, while the combined service is US$15. Selected options and additional hotels can increase the total; check checkout before payment.

Does a reservation guarantee embassy acceptance or visa approval?

No. A genuine record can document the journey for which it was arranged, but UKVI decides the application under the relevant rules. A document supplier cannot promise approval or pre-approve its own documents on UKVI’s behalf.

How long does an SR flight reservation remain active?

SR advertises up to 14 days where applicable. Confirm the exact starting point, committed duration and booking conditions for your order. This is different from the travel dates and UKVI processing time.

Can I verify the flight reservation on the airline website?

Where supported, use the airline’s official booking-management page and the appropriate reference and surname. Some records use different airline and agency references. Follow the instructions supplied for your booking rather than assuming every reference works everywhere.

Is a dummy ticket the same as a real reservation?

People use “dummy ticket” loosely. The important distinction is whether a genuine booking record exists and what it authorises. A fabricated PDF, invented PNR or altered confirmation is not a real flight reservation.

Should students and workers request a return reservation?

Not automatically. A genuine long-term move may involve one-way travel. Select the journey that reflects the actual permission and purpose instead of adding an artificial short return to resemble a holiday.

Do US and Schengen-country citizens need a UK visa?

Many qualify for an ETA for permitted short visits unless exempt. Work, longer study and settlement require the appropriate permission. Residents holding other nationalities must assess their own passports and circumstances.

Do I need a hotel booking if I am staying with family?

Use the genuine host arrangement. Do not obtain a hotel record for accommodation you do not intend to use. SR’s flight-only service can be selected independently when you need transport reservation support.

Can SR deliver urgently or correct an error?

Eligible urgent orders can be delivered within one to two hours, and the advertised service includes up to four eligible corrections under its terms. Confirm availability for the particular change or route. Fast delivery does not shorten UKVI processing.

Can one order include several travellers and UK cities?

SR supports multi-traveller requests and relevant multi-city options. Enter each passenger accurately and list the full route and stay sequence. Review the displayed total because traveller count and selected options affect pricing.

Arrange the Bookings Your UK Journey Actually Needs

A useful flight reservation for UK visa planning reflects the right permission, genuine purpose, workable airports and consistent dates.

With Schengen Reservation, you can request Flight Reservation, Hotel Booking or Flight + Hotel support, review the relevant verification method and confirm the active period before ordering. Share your actual route, traveller details and timing so the documents describe the journey you intend to make.
