These Terms apply between you, the user of this website, and Schengen Reservation (SR.), the website owner and service provider.

Nature of SR. services.

Schengen Reservation provides reservation-based travel support services intended to assist visa applicants in preparing documentation related to intended travel and accommodation.

Our services may include:

  • flight booking for visa
  • hotel booking for visa
  • hotel itinerary for visa
  • proof of accommodation
  • flight + hotel reservation packages

Schengen Reservation does not provide:

  • legal advice
  • immigration advice
  • embassy representation
  • visa approval guarantees
  • government processing services

Our role is limited to providing the specific reservation-based service selected by the customer.

No visa approval guarantee.

Using Schengen Reservation does not guarantee:

  • visa approval
  • visa issuance
  • embassy acceptance in every case
  • a successful appointment outcome

A visa decision is made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa center, or immigration authority. That decision may depend on many factors beyond any reservation document, including financial evidence, travel purpose, supporting records, interview results, and country-specific policy.

For that reason, Schengen Reservation does not guarantee any immigration or visa result.

Customer responsibilities.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted through the website is accurate and complete.

This includes:

  • traveler names
  • surnames
  • travel dates
  • departure and destination cities
  • itinerary type
  • hotel check-in and check-out dates
  • number of travelers
  • any special instructions

If incorrect or incomplete information is submitted, the resulting service may be affected. Schengen Reservation is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate customer-provided data.

Intellectual property.

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • text
  • graphics
  • images
  • logos
  • layouts
  • designs
  • service descriptions
  • downloadable materials
  • code and structural content

belongs to Schengen Reservation or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the website without prior written permission.

Acceptable and prohibited use.

Pricing and payment.

All prices shown on the website are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the price shown at the time the order is placed, unless a clear pricing error has occurred.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Schengen Reservation may receive limited transaction information such as payment status and order confirmation data, but payment processing itself may be governed by the policies of the relevant payment provider.

We reserve the right to:

  • reject suspicious transactions
  • cancel orders affected by clear pricing errors
  • refuse service where fraud or misuse is suspected

Refund Policy.

10.1 When SR. may issue a refund

Schengen Reservation may consider a refund in the following situations:

  1. If we do not deliver your documents within the stated maximum processing time
    If your order is not delivered within the maximum timeframe promised for the selected service, you may request a refund review.
  2. If Schengen Reservation fails to follow its own published service terms
    If we materially fail to follow the service conditions stated on the website, and the issue is attributable to us, you may request a review.
  3. If our team makes a service-side error and does not resolve it within a reasonable correction window
    If a mistake is clearly generated by our side, you must first report the issue. If the issue is not corrected within a reasonable period after notification, you may request a refund review.
  4. If we fail to follow the service guidance represented in our FAQs or service instructions in a material way
    Refund review may be considered where there is a clear, service-side failure to honor published guidance.

These criteria are based on the competitor refund section, which allows refunds for late delivery beyond the stated processing window, service-side policy breaches, and service-side errors not corrected within 48 hours.

 

10.2 When SR. will not issue a refund

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  1. Visa refusal, delay, or cancellation of appointment
    Schengen Reservation does not control visa outcomes, embassy decisions, or appointment changes. No refund is available solely because a visa is refused, delayed, or an appointment is rescheduled or canceled.
  2. Airline deactivation, technical issue, or reservation expiry within its normal service life
    Reservations may change, deactivate, or expire within their normal validity cycle or due to airline-side technical or operational factors. In such cases, Schengen Reservation may assist with reactivation or replacement where possible, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
  3. Delivery made within the promised timeframe
    If the order was delivered within the stated timeframe, no refund is due simply because the customer later changes their mind.
  4. Customer cancellation before or after delivery
    If a customer chooses to cancel the order after placing it, whether before or after delivery, that does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Alternative accommodation, such as future-use support or replacement handling, may be offered at SR.’s discretion.
  5. Dissatisfaction with preferred airline, timing, hotel, or other preference-based details
    We work with available reservation options based on timing, system availability, validity, and service practicality. Preference dissatisfaction alone does not create refund entitlement.
  6. Orders submitted with incorrect customer details
    If the client enters the wrong name, route, dates, city, or other essential information, no refund is required on that basis alone.
  7. Change requests made long after delivery or after expiry
    If a customer requests changes several days after delivery, after the reservation has expired, or after the travel date has passed, no refund is required.
  8. If the customer expected actual paid tickets or hotel stays rather than reservation-based documents
    Schengen Reservation provides reservation support services, not full retail ticketing or luxury travel-package purchasing at ordinary service-fee prices. Misunderstanding the nature of the service after ordering does not create an automatic refund right.
  9. If a third party or travel agent refuses the document without official evidence of a service-side problem
    If a third party rejects a reservation based on preference or opinion, while the reservation remains within the promised service scope, this alone does not create a refund right.
  10. If the customer fails to check the reservation before the interview or relevant use date
    Customers are responsible for reviewing their documents before attending an interview or submitting a file.

 

10.3 Corrections instead of refunds

Where appropriate, Schengen Reservation may offer corrections, reactivation support, replacement handling, or updated documents instead of a refund.

This may apply where:

  • a correctable service-side issue exists
  • the reservation can reasonably be updated
  • the customer reports the issue within a suitable timeframe

 

10.4 Insurance-related note

If Schengen Reservation later offers travel-insurance-related services, any insurance refund handling may be governed by separate timing, deduction, and proof requirements and should be published clearly on the relevant service page or policy page.

Corrections and changes.

If you believe your delivered document contains an error, contact support promptly.

Correction handling may depend on:

  • whether the issue came from customer input or service-side handling
  • how quickly the issue is reported
  • the type of service ordered
  • the type of change requested

Correction support does not automatically include full redesign, reissue for a new plan, or extensive reworking unrelated to the original order.

Third-party links and services.

This website may include links to third-party websites, including payment providers, airline sites, hotel sites, analytics tools, or external resources. Unless explicitly stated, these websites are not controlled by Schengen Reservation.

We are not responsible for:

  • the content of external sites
  • their availability
  • their privacy practices
  • losses arising from your use of them

Privacy and cookies.

Use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any Cookie Policy or cookie notice published on the site. Those policies explain how your data is collected, processed, and protected.

Disclaimer of warranties.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Schengen Reservation shall not be liable for:

  • loss arising from visa refusal or visa delay
  • losses caused by customer-submitted errors
  • losses caused by third-party systems outside our control
  • loss of business, profit, goodwill, data, or opportunity
  • interruptions in website availability beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, restriction, and termination.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website or any service if:

  • these Terms are breached
  • fraud or abuse is suspected
  • security concerns arise
  • required by law
  • necessary to protect the website, customers, or operations

You may stop using the website at any time, but cessation of use does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
